Agreeing to these terms

By using this site, downloading anything from it, or enrolling in the Beauty Business Blueprint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the course. These terms are between you and Beauty to Millions (“we”).

What the course is

The Beauty Business Blueprint is a self-paced online course of 9 modules, with video lessons and downloadable workbooks. It is hosted on Kajabi, and using it also means accepting Kajabi’s own terms.

It is education, not professional services. We are not your lawyer, accountant, bookkeeper, tax adviser, or business consultant, and taking the course does not create any of those relationships. See the earnings disclaimer for what the course does and does not promise.

Your account and your access

Your enrolment is for you. Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You may not share your login, enrol on behalf of someone who then uses it instead of you, or give access to people who have not enrolled.

What you may and may not do with the material

The videos, workbooks, templates, trackers, and written material are ours, or are used by us with permission. When you enrol we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them to run your own business.

You may:

• Use the workbooks and templates inside your own business.
• Adapt the templates for your own operations.

You may not:

• Copy, upload, resell, or give away the videos or materials.
• Teach the material as your own course, or use it to build a competing one.
• Record, screen-capture, or transcribe the lessons for distribution.
• Remove any credit or notice from a workbook you share inside your own team.

Payment

Payment is taken by Kajabi using Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in the currency shown, plus any tax that applies where you are.

All sales are final. The course gives you instant access to the full digital programme — every video, template, tracker and resource — the moment you enrol. Because you receive the complete product immediately, purchases are non-refundable. The full terms are in the refund policy, and they are shown to you before you complete a purchase.

Emails

If you give us your email address we may send you course updates and marketing. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Emails needed to deliver something you bought — your login, a receipt — are not marketing and will still reach you.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the course platform, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

The site and the course are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the material fits your particular circumstances, or that following it will produce any result. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business, arising from your use of the site or the course. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from how you run your business, from decisions you make after taking the course, or from your breach of these terms.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you share your login, redistribute the material, or breach these terms. Where we end access for a breach, no refund is due.

Third-party links

The site links to services we use, such as Kajabi and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Florida, and you and we both consent to that venue.
