This site is operated by Beauty to Millions (“we”), at 10597 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33165. For anything in this policy, email info@beautytomillions.com.
What we collect
When you fill in a form
Our opt-in forms ask for your name, your email address, and your Instagram handle. You choose what to put in them. We do not ask for a phone number, and we do not send text messages.
When you enrol
Enrolment happens on Kajabi, not on this site. Kajabi collects your name, email and payment details, and payment is processed by Stripe. This website never receives, stores, or processes your card details.
Automatically
Our host records standard server logs for every request, including your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tag manager, and its fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else. If that changes, this section and the date at the top of this page change with it.
Kajabi pages, including the checkout and the student login, are a separate service with its own cookies and its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To send you the free resource you asked for.
- To give you access to a course you enrolled in, and to support you in it.
- To send you emails about the course, where you asked us to. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them.
- To answer you when you get in touch.
- To keep the site working, secure, and free of spam submissions.
Who else handles your data
We use these services to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.
- Kajabi — Hosts the course, the student login, and the checkout. Name, email, and purchase records.
- Stripe — Processes payments inside the Kajabi checkout. Payment details, which are handled by Stripe and never by this site.
- GoHighLevel — Stores contacts and sends email. Name, email, and the Instagram handle if you gave one.
- Vercel — Hosts this website. Standard server request logs, including IP address.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
Contact records are kept while you are on our list and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email.
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will, subject to records we must keep.
- Ask us not to sell or share it — there is nothing to opt out of, because we do neither.
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We apply them to everyone who asks, wherever you are. Email info@beautytomillions.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
Children
This site and the course are for working adults in the beauty industry. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the services above hold data under their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes. Material changes will be flagged to anyone on our email list.
